【摘要】:Effectivesolidfilmlubricantcoatingsmustadheretosurfacestoprovideadequatelubricationinapplicationswithrestrictedaccesswherefluidlubricantscannoteasilybereplenished.Lossofcoatingadhesionresultsinmetaltometalcontactcausingsignificantwearofcontactingsurfaces.Adhesioniscriticaltotheperformanceofthesolidfilmlubricant.Examplesofsolidfilmlubricantapplicationsincludefasteners,bearingsandslidingmembersinautomotive,aircraft,andaerospacehardware.Thistestmethodisintendedtodeterminetheadhesionofsolidfilmlubricantcoatingswhensubmittedtocontactwithwaterandotherfluids.Resultsofthistestprovideanindicationofthesuitabilityofthelubricantcoatinginapplicationswherecontactwithwaterorotherfluidsislikely.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthemeasurementoftheadhesioncharacteristicsofdrysolidfilmlubricants.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareprovidedforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
